From the beginning, the designer(Ray)was fabulous and gave us very good ideas. He made the process easy and exciting! From there, everyone in the organization was very professional and did their jobs with pride and detail. They provided everything they promised and within the time they said - even by the holiday. It took less than a month to remodel our new kitchen from ceiling to floor and we are now waiting 3 months for a Roman Shade (from JC Pennys) that is going to take 3 months. I think that is ironic. We are thrilled with the results and have already recommended them to several people.

I love the "one stop" shopping. Our sink and the counter top came from the same company. Also, it wasn't such a mess installing the new counter top. The tile back splash is awesome!!! The plumber did a good job. The "tile person" did an outstanding job. The backsplash actually makes the counter top look better. It ties it together. Porter and I will recommend you whenever we can. Ken, the owner who came out to do the estimate was very knowledgeable and professional. We liked his sales presentation. We are also very happy not to have to tear out the old countertops. Having been through that process before, it's not fun, to say the least.

From Ken the sales person, Tim and Mike the installers and Boyce the plumber, all have been very
customer focused, as a customer it has made this process very good for me. Plus doing what you say and being on time is another plus also . The product speaks for it's self and I love it. It is beautiful.
