Ease of installation for the customer. One day Installation and I liked that the plumber comes to install the faucet. Many places require you to get your own plumber. We didn't have to go without counters for weeks waiting for the product.

When we were at your store the displays were set up so we could see what we were getting. Linda came to our house with all the samples and it was so helpful to see them in our kitchen with our cabinets and lighting. Mike and Nick came promptly and 9 a.m. and were done by 12:30. There wasn't any mess for us to clean up, all we had to do was put the things back on the counter and enjoy. I would tell anybody wanting to update their kitchen to go to granite transformations.

Your product is extremely durable, looks great, don't have to seal or remove existing coutertops. All of the people I have met keep appointments, are friendly, and clean and organized in their work.
