The entire experience was incredibly positive. My first visit in the showroom with Heather was informative and a great opportunity to see some of the products in "large" scale. Her visit to do the initial measurements was also informative and she fielded all my questions with knowledge and patience and a sense of humor. Scott, who came to make the templates and to do the installation, also was wonderful to work with. Again, very, very knowledgable and certainly "went the extra mile" with a counter that was a bit shaky. I appreciated the fact that GT made the arrangements with the plumber (who arrived precisely on time)and had the sinks already installed. Now the bottom line...I love all of the counters. All my friends are jealous and I have mentioned GT's name to everyone who will listen. I would recommend you to anyone...nice people, knowledgable with the highest quality work. The product itself is beautiful and completely changed the look of my bathrooms and kitchens. The installers were professional, courteous, and on time! for the three days they were in my home, they cleaned up after they were done every day and the worked the whole time they were here. Excellent job!

I really like that there is no demo involved and that it only took the installers about 3 hours to install my countertops in my kitchen! The people also seem very nice and knowledgeable. I also like that I don't have to do constant maintenance on the granite countertops. Major selling point!
